I’m Alena, a personal trainer for women who want to feel stronger, more confident and more in control of their bodies again.

I specialise in supporting women through busy life stages, including perimenopause and menopause, where things can feel very different both physically and mentally.

I understand what you’re going through because I’m going through it too.

The busy life, the mental load, trying to look after everyone else while you slip further down your own priority list.

This isn’t just about training plans or food.

It’s about having someone in your corner who understands when energy is low, motivation dips or life gets in the way.
